Buro Four has been appointed to work alongside SMV Projekt Solutions GmbH of Berlin to provide consultancy services to BTA Investment Management Diamond Island Sky Resort development in Vietnam.

The residential development is located in District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City on the banks of the Saigon River. The development comprises residential towers above a podium structure housing commercial space and communal facilities and will be built out in five zones. The masterplan demands the construction of extensive infrastructure including a new access road, river defence works and a marina. Construction of the first zone, which comprises 6 residential towers of height 16-26 storeys is due for completion by the end of 2011. Overall completion of the development is scheduled for 2014.

Buro Four has been appointed by SMV to help advise the client team on matters relating to the delivery of the current zone which is due to complete in December 2011. The two companies have worked together since 1993.
